Joel’s practice focuses on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions, as well as commercial financing from the borrower’s perspective. He has handled various types of transactions for buyers and sellers, as well as commercial lease transactions for landlords and tenants. His practice covers a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial and submerged and submersible lands. Joel also assists clients in the negotiation and documentation of material agreements and general commercial matters.
