Mike Connors represents real estate developers and property owners in a wide variety of land use and real estate matters throughout the State of Oregon. He assists national, state and local developers in obtaining permits and negotiating agreements with governmental authorities for commercial, industrial, residential, energy, telecommunications and agricultural projects. Mike has over 20 years of experience representing clients in state and local permit proceedings, as well as appeals before the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. He also has extensive experience representing clients on a wide variety of real estate transactions, including development agreements, leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements and related real estate agreements.
