Sara Brennan

Sara Brennan’s practice focuses on helping her clients navigate their complex land use, development, and other regulatory issues. Prior to joining Hathaway Larson, Sara worked for numerous state and local governments throughout Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Using her knowledge and experience from her prior work, Sara helps private property owners, developers, and builders throughout the land use process, from initial permitting and development issues to disputes that result from a variety of administrative decisions.

As a result of growing up in the Pacific Northwest Sara developed a deep appreciation for the beauty and potential of the region. Her work is driven by the desire to help her clients and the greater Oregon community thrive.
