In corporate finance, our business lawyers have expertise in a wide range of transactions, including private equity (including fund formation), private placements, corporate reorganizations, equity compensation, and leveraged and non-leveraged recapitalizations. We have handled many significant financings, ranging from early state debt and equity financings, to mezzanine debt financings, to follow on capital raises for mature companies. In addition to issuers, we commonly represent private equity groups, developers and individual investors in investment transactions.
