Our lawyers also handle credit facility financings secured by real estate, business and other assets. We have handled loans for some of the region’s more significant projects.

On the equity side, our lawyers have expertise in joint ventures, private equity, syndicated offerings, promote and carried interests, and IRC §1031 exchanges and related tenant-in-common structuring. We understand the many components of financing a real estate transaction or development project. This allows us to anticipate concerns of sponsors, investors and lenders and work proactively to address them.

We regularly represent landlords and tenants in leasing transactions. Our lawyers have represented regional and national companies on leasing matters.
